To provide youth with an opportunity to play soccer with the goal of promoting the well being of the whole person by emphasizing fun while teaching skills and the value of fair play and good sporting behavior in a safe and wholesome environment.

Ensure players are having fun and will continue playing.

Success is to be measured by or judged by whether the players: Develop a love of the game and continue playing. Develop a sense of fair play, and acquire skills.
